If you want some background first, here is an introduction to me. You may already know that I was obese and very unfit up to the age of 50. A warning from my doctor changed all that, and I'm now far fitter and healthier at age 62 than I ever was in my 20's, 30's and 40's. I moved fitness from being a doctor's instruction in my life into a hobby, then a career, and now my passion. The proof that my obese days are gone lies in my trophy cabinet, as I'm the current World Champion Miami Pro Fitness Model for the over-50 age group - as well as holding a range of other trophies and awards in the fitness industry.
-----------------------------
The paperwork shows I have an International Diploma in Advanced Personal Training as well as Advanced Certification in Nutrition for Weight Loss and Nutrition for Physical Performance. But perhaps more important than that is I can combine formal learning with total hands-on experience of the best 'Fat-To-Fit-at-Fifty' story I know - my own!
-----------------------------
Having made a major difference to my own fitness, I'm keen to help other over-50's do the same, through my radio, TV, video, books and my Personal Training services. In PT, I have already helped dozens of my Personal Training clients towards their fit-up and fat-down goals by my approach of focussing on three elements - movement, nutrition and attitude. Plus a fourth, more subtle one; providing the motivation to help them keep on-track between our sessions. None of my clients has yet followed me onto the competition stage – but my approach has helped all to make significant progress on their fitness, vitality and health.
-----------------------------
I have an obsession with incremental progress and am a big believer in written progress tracking. My view is that 'Measurement is Motivation' and I find monitoring in this way leads to success in achieving the short, medium and long term goals agreed with my clients. Expect to see your progress documented by lots of spreadsheets if you become a client of mine!

My Total Nutrition Pack is designed to help you take your nutrition to the next level in helping achieve your fitness goals. As you know, for the best results, you need to progress both the training and nutrition fronts. I’m keen to provide the tools you need to succeed in both aspects!
The Total Nutrition Pack consists of three sections which work together to cover all aspects of your nutrition strategy.
Firstly, there are the recipe books – ‘Fitness Food Over Fifty’: There are five recipe books which have 30 recipes in each – that makes a total of 150 recipes for different times of the day, from breakfasts to main meals to desserts. All designed to be easy to cook, nutritious and, most important, delicious! Every recipe is fully illustrated, and has a breakdown into total calories plus the grams of each macronutrient – protein, carbs and fat – plus fibre. Finally, if you’re using MyFitnessPal or a similar app to track your daily food, you’ll find that each recipe has a barcode which the app can read directly.
Next, as I know you love eating out as well as cooking at home, there is a food-in-restaurant guide called ‘Eating Out Over Fifty’. It covers 20 of the main chain restaurants – such as Nando’s, Pizza Express and Burger King. For each main menu item from all of the restaurants, you get the calories listed plus again the breakdown of those calories into the main constituent macronutrients. So, you can factor in the important numbers from when you’re eating out just as you could do at home using the first books.
Finally, if you’re not quite sure how many calories you should be eating, how you divide that into macronutrients, and at what times in the day, then there is my guide to this area: ‘Easy Fitness Nutrition’. I wrote this guidebook to help you define your nutrition strategy in terms of the numbers used, and show how you combine these figures to help you in your goals, keeping the explanation as easy as possible, and the maths as simple as I can. There is also a link to a couple of videos to help.
The price is £25 for all three, delivered to you as email attachments for viewing on your devices or laptop. Or on a USB stick sent by post if you prefer. You can of course print them out and bind them if you want.
You will be billed in GBP (£25.00)
at the current exchange rate.
